$110 per 45 min Individual Session
$130 per 60 min Individual Session/Family Session
$150 Initial Intake Session
Forms of Payment Accepted
Cash, Check, HSA card, or Debit/Credit
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of $50.
Don’t Want To Utilize Your Insurance Benefits?
Many individuals choose not to use insurance as they want to increase their control of the treatment without having to follow harsh treatment guidelines set by the insurance company such as what services will be provided and for how long. Paying for services out of pocket gives you a sense of control and increases your confidentiality. You still may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you have an insurance provider that Renewed Hope Counseling is not a provider for, a Super Bill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company to ask for direct reimbursement.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
How Do I Get Started?
Request An Appointment
Your first step is to request an appointment. You will be asked to fill out a form with some basic information. You will then be contacted about scheduling your first sessions.
Book Appointment
We utilize a convenient online portal to maintain your appointment scheduling. Once you have completed your initial appointment request form an intake appointment will be scheduled with you.
1st Session!
Once all of the initial paperwork is completed in the online portal you are ready for your first session. You will then meet with Candace online via a secure telehealth portal.
