Getting Started is Easy
Request an Appointment
Your first step is to request an appointment. You will be asked to fill out a form with some basic information. You will then be contacted about scheduling your first sessions.
Book Appointment
We utilize a convenient online portal to maintain your appointment scheduling. Once you have completed your initial appointment request form an intake appointment will be scheduled with you.
1st Session!
Once all of the initial paperwork is completed in the online portal you are ready for your first session. You will then meet with Candace online via a secure telehealth portal.
